Equipment & software
A straightforward enclosure, impact screen, mat, projector, and suitable launch monitor. A portable camera-based monitor is a useful starting point; the exact model is selected for your room and budget. A Carlsbad Gaming PC is included where needed in the agreed scope. Software follows the selected monitor, with licenses and renewal costs clearly quoted.

Compare Uneekor EYE XO2 as an upgrade or alternative, with VIEW and compatible coaching-camera options. Uneekor third-party access requires an eligible membership plus the selected software license. Equipment, resolution, and installation are confirmed in the proposal.

Equipment & software

Prefer Trackman? We can design a premium configuration around its training and course-play ecosystem instead. The folding enclosure is an optional addition, priced separately, rather than a requirement of The Executive.

Can you upgrade or move my existing simulator?
Yes. We assess your current equipment and the proposed room before quoting upgrades or relocation. The agreed scope may include disassembly, moving, reinstallation, layout changes, software setup, and calibration. Cabinetry, electrical work, specialist transport, and replacement components are separately assessed and specified.
Can I try a simulator before planning my project?
Yes. We offer a complimentary 30-minute in-person demo with Quin at our Carlsbad location, by appointment. Try the available setup and discuss your goals. Demo equipment may differ from the configuration recommended for your home. Call Quin to arrange a visit.
How much room do I need?
Enough space for your tallest player to swing safely, plus the clearances required by the launch monitor, enclosure, and projector. Send your room’s width, depth, and ceiling height. We’ll assess the layout before recommending equipment.
Can I mix equipment from different packages?
Yes. The Club focuses on a straightforward home setup; The Pro starts with a dedicated overhead studio; The Executive centers on a premium Full Swing or separately specified Trackman experience. Equipment can be tailored across all three. The transforming enclosure is a separate option, starting at $30,000 for its base scope, with compatibility and total project pricing confirmed in your proposal.
Which package should I choose for coaching?
The Pro is a useful starting point. Compare ProTee VX, Uneekor EYE XO2, Trackman, and other appropriate configurations around the data, video, player profiles, and indoor or outdoor workflow you need. We welcome input from your coach and confirm commercial licensing where required.
Are software subscriptions included?
Your proposal will identify exactly which licenses and subscription terms are included, plus renewal costs. Some software requires a separate membership, additional cameras, or extra displays.
Can the room be used for movies or other sports?
We can plan compatible media inputs and audio for movies and gaming. Full Swing offers additional sports and entertainment options on supported installations. These are separately specified; a golf launch monitor alone does not enable multisport play.
What happens if I need help after installation?
Quin is your project contact. For high-end enclosure projects, calibration and aftercare are coordinated with Ozzie Esparza’s team. Your proposal defines the service contact, coverage, charges, and manufacturer warranty arrangements for your chosen setup.
Can you work with my builder, designer, or golf professional?
Yes. Bring them into the conversation so we can discuss room requirements, playing goals, and project responsibilities together. Any trade coordination or specialist work is defined in your proposal.
Where do you install?
We’re based in Carlsbad and normally work within roughly 30–45 minutes’ travel, including suitable projects in nearby North County San Diego communities. Farther projects are considered individually and may include additional travel charges. We confirm availability and ongoing service arrangements before quoting.
How much will my simulator cost?
As a general planning guide, The Club is $10,000–$20,000, The Pro is $30,000–$50,000, and The Executive starts at $55,000. All three are tailored to your hardware, room, and finish level. The folding enclosure is a separate option from $30,000 for its base framing, cabinetry, surfaces, screen, and installation. Simulator hardware and extra room work are additional. Your proposal defines the final total and inclusions.
